You need to cross check two things. Update by Admin: ActiveX Filtering can also prevent its working. It worked!

Please type your message and try again. I have ran the uninstall for FP and no difference. Running the uninstaller twice and rebooting before you attempt the reinstall may also help. Just did a fresh install and having the exact same problem.
