I believe this was originally working, and then started having issues recently. Currently we are running SCCM 2012 on a Windows Server 2012 R2. I've been reading posts last couple days but could not find the answer. Can you either bypass the proxy temporarily or open it up to your Computer account temporarily? Homepage

But I realised config manager wasn’t using MY account to download the updates. So without change settings, I tried run another update schedule at different time, eventually it worked at 8:30AM. We have a proxy server in place that this servers sits behind, but we also have a service account in AD to authenticate through the proxy, so that shouldn't be an because you must know that ADR use site server connection and not the WSUS one.. You can set this Software Update Point (SUP) to manage your environment windows updates.
