Your package has a property called "ProtectionLevel". This happens because the SSIS package was encrypted with a user key which is different from the key of the SQL Server Agent Impersonated Service Account. When the sql agent tries to run the package, it uses it's own (domain account) credentials and so long as it has rights access the required data, the package finally works!
